Although Halloween is my favorite holiday I do love to decorate for Christmas too! When Davey and I first got married I would do it usually before Thanksgiving but now I hold out until after! One of my favorate decorations is my nativity. My amazingly talented sister in law Kelly made it for me about 10/12 years ago. I love unwrapping each piece and every year it is like it is a Christmas present when I get it out! I know it's hard to tell by the pictures but is is really bit the tallest piece is one of the wisemen and he's 11 1/2 inches tall!
MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE!

DisneyWorld

For the kids half day week in November we took the kids to Disneyworld! We had an amazing trip-exhausting but fun! We visited all the parks-except the water parks too cold! We also went out to the Kennedy Space Center which was amazing! We stayed at the Animal Kingdom Lodge and because we did too much to talk about I thought I would just give you a small photo "tour"!

The buildings in the background are painted! This is at Hollywood Studios!

Halloween

As the kids have gotten older they no longer want to go trick or treating (when did that happen?) so this year Davey took Rylie to a motorcycle race for the weekend and Lizzi decided she wanted to have a party! We emptied our one living room and decorated it and it was so much fun! The girls danced, ate, danced, and ate some more!! They had the most fun bobbing for apples!
The boys only took a couple photos of the motorcycle race so I don't have anything photos but they did have a great time!

Victoria

Way way back in October (I know I know!) Davey and went to Victoria BC. It is such a beautiful city and we have not been there for about 15 years--and nothing has changed either!! I hurt my back on the way there so although the first day was spent with Davey trying to find a Dr that would see me and me in terrible pain all in all it was a great trip!! :) We visited the famous Fan Tan Alley (find info here), Museum of Natural History, Ship Museum, and walked-a lot!
Before we left for Victoria we spent the night at the Edgewater Hotel in downtown Seattle. It is a truly beautiful hotel and the rooms are amazing--you literally are right on the water so when you open your window all you see is water--you can almost reach out and touch it! I don't have any photos because we were there only while it was dark but check out the photos on their web site and if you ever get a chance to go their let me know what you think!
